At NutriMill, we stand behind the quality of our grain mills and kitchen tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
